Smith Wholesale guarantees everything that we sell. We take great pride in providing a very enjoyable customer experience. If your product is damaged or has a manufacturer defect we will repair or replace the item within 7 days of your purchase. Following the 7 day Smith Wholesale guarantee your product’s manufacturer warranty (if applicable), should be implemented.
Upon deciding that your product must be returned to Smithwholesale.com for a replacement or repair, Please use our Return e-mail the request to our returns department at returns@smithwholesale.com or call our customer service center at 740.286.8585 to discuss options on your product.
If your product needs to be returned because of a manufacturer defect, our returns department will provide a return authorization number and will send you a return kit in the mail. The return kit will include a return waybill and some packing tape to repackage your carton up.
If your product has been damaged in shipping and you have chosen your own freight company, you are responsible for filing a claim with your transport company. If your chose our transport service and your product was damaged in transit, we will file a claim for the damaged product and you will be provided with a credit for the full amount once the claim as been settled with the transport company.
If you are simply returning your product because you have decided that you do not want it and you are still within the 7 day Smith Wholesale guarantee, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking charge.
If you would like to cancel your order and your product has not been shipped but has been packaged for shipping you may cancel your order and will be charged an 10% restocking fee.
If your product has already been shipped and is in transit, and you would like to cancel the order, you are responsible for the return shipping and a 15% restocking charge.
